Band camp

The 2025 Band Camp will be August 5th-10th. The first few days will be held at SLO High School, followed by a weekend stay at Camp Whittier in beautiful Santa Barbara County.

• Tuesday, Aug. 5th: Freshmen and new band students, meet in the band room 9am-3pm.

• Wednesday, Aug. 6th: All band members 9am-4pm

• Thursday, Aug. 7th: All band members 9am-4pm. We will also be watching the Drum Corp Quarterfinals after band camp (pizza provided). There is a parent meeting at 9am to review important information about the season

• Friday, Aug. 8th: Call time is 6:15am. Meet at SLOHS Friday morning with packed bag. Buses will be provided to take students to Camp Whittier and return to SLOHS Sunday afternoon (late afternoon).

Come to camp every day with a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, lunch and a great attitude. We will have snacks and water available to refill water bottles. See the BAND CAMP PACKING LIST for day camp and away camp recommendations.

FOR ALL 2025 MARCHING BAND STUDENTS (including Color Guard). You must fill out and submit the Band Member Information Form as soon as possible. If you have any questions, contact president@slotigerband.org. You must fill out this form even if you are not attending band camp.
